RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy:
All electric ride on cars, jeeps and trucks sold on our website carry a 3 months return to base warranty unless otherwise stated

No exceptions will be allowed and management reserve the right to withdraw this warranty at any given time.

Damaged or missing parts should be reported within 7 days of the customer receiving the item.

Where an item appears to be faulty, we advise customers to contact us immediately so we can provide the relevant troubleshooting guidance.  

In the event of an item being faulty or damaged when delivered, we will seek to repair the product if possible, by sending replacement parts out in the first instance.
